Scheduling Exports

The Product Data Exporter app now allows you to schedule exports for a later time, helping you automate product data exports without needing to run them manually each time.

You can configure scheduled exports using the following options:

Scheduling Options

1. One-Time Schedule
   
   • Run the export once at a specific date and time. 
2. Daily Schedule
   
   • Automatically run the export every day at the selected time. 
     
3. Weekly Schedule
   
   • Run the export on a selected day every week. Perfect for recurring weekly catalogue updates, scheduled reporting.
     
4. Monthly Schedule
   
   • Automatically run the export on a specific date each month. 

Managing Scheduled Tasks

• View Scheduled Tasks: Navigate to the "Scheduled Tasks" tab to see upcoming exports.
• Edit or Delete: You can modify or delete scheduled export tasks before they are executed. 

Note: 

• For One-Time Schedule, exports can be scheduled up to 2 months in advance. 
• The Daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling tasks are available on the Pro plan.
